Originally from Wales, now based in Bristol, UK

Undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy from UWE Bristol, Postgraduate MSc from King’s College London, additional teaching and injection qualifications from UWE.

For the past 5 years I have worked in a part time role at UWE Bristol. I lead an undergraduate Musculoskeletal (MSK) module, teach across the programme, whilst also serving as co-admissions tutor for UK applicants.

Simultaneously, I maintain a part-time specialist position in local NHS MSK Pathways. With 20 years in healthcare, I've navigated various aspects of the UK NHS, from acute care in a major trauma centre to community rehab.

I'm passionate about pain science, having previously worked in a specialist pain clinic. My expertise extends to spinal management and overall musculoskeletal health.
